About Michael Shvo
Michael Shvo lived in New York City when he was a young boy, until he moved with his family to Israel and settled in the coastal town of Arsuf. In 1996 Shvo moved back to New York with no idea what he wanted to do and $3,000 to do it with. His first gig was managing a taxi business in which he leased the cabs from the owners in the car service equivalent of a sublet. When Michael searched for his own place to live he became interested in the real estate market. In 1998 he joined the real estate firm of Douglas Elliman, where, within one year he was speaking at training seminars for new Elliman agents. In 2004 Michael founded the Shvo Group which markets luxury, high-end real estate properties and also apartment sales in exclusive buildings like the Trump World Tower and Time Warner Center.
